Denver native and Mile High Sound Movement homie ProJect Aspect just dropped a fresh new collection of Hip Hop laden Electro jams today via the Australian label Adapted Records. The new sounds feature a super fresh blend of heavy bass wubs and smooth Hip Hop vocal swag. Jay Jaramillo A.K.A ProJect Aspect is representing Denver in true MHSM fashion with his new take on gritty Glitch Hop arrangements. His efforts are certainly not going unnoticed. We can't wait to hear more work from this rising star in the future. You can catch him this summer at The Untz Festival in Mariposa, CA alongside other great electronic acts like LWKY, Unlimited Gravity, Kinetic Groove, Blunt Force, and Lucid Vision. Until then, enjoy the new ProJect Aspect vibes via SoundCloud below.
LWKY will be returning to The Miramar Theater on April 2, 2016 supporting the homies Artifakts and Daily Bread. It's sure to be a funktastic night of Electro Hip Hop and groovy bass music! We expect this one to sell out so don't sleep on those tickets. Grab them at the link below and be sure to RSVP on Facebook to stay up on the latest info.
In the meantime, peep this sick recap video from our sold our Miramar show with Artifakts last October.
LWKY has had a very busy 2015. A heap of tour dates, a summer full of festivals, and multiple EPs have marked our calendars up to now and we have finally approached our last big hoorah of 2015; The "Lün" EP.
We just released this 5 track, funk filled collection via our good friends over at TheUntz.com on 12/15/15. They did an awesome write-up for the EP that you can find HERE. We are ecstatic to finally release these oceanic space funk tracks to the world and we hope you enjoy them as much as we have!
